JOB OVERVIEW

I'm a solo entrepreneur expat living in Metro Manila (yes, from USA, currently living in the Philippines), running a YouTube channel, building a coaching business, and handling multiple personal projects, and I'm overloaded doing it all alone.

I need a proactive virtual assistant (VA) who can organizing tasks, keeps me focused and on track toward project completion and time management. Acting as my true personal assistant to manage a mix of creative, professional, and personal projects.

You will act as a trusted tea ---------- mber, managing calendars and reminders, anticipating challenges, providing resourceful solutions to tasks, overseeing projects, prioritizing, organizing, tracking progress, and tackling the little stuff that bogs me down with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and manage my personal and business calendars: create systems for event reminders and deadlines (e.g., business filings, bill payments, client meetings, etc.)

2. Join daily (approx. 10am PHT) 1-hour audio or video calls (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp) to strategize, pitch-and-catch ideas, assign tasks, identify issues, and provide status updates, similar to a typical in-office daily team tag-up meeting.

3. Send me conversational nudges and reminders (via WhatsApp or messaging app) to keep projects moving, e.g., "Found a RoRo to Palawan, here’s a suggested itinerary, want me to confirm?" or "I have completed this task, what do you want me to focus on for tomorrow's tag-up meeting?"

4. Develop project schedules: capture ideas and organize from written text or notes, streamlining workflows or flag potential issues, set milestones and goals, and track progress (e.g., % complete) using online shared tools (Google Sheets, Docs, Calendar).

5. Participate in brainstorming and the planning of YouTube video topics, organizing content creation tasks and idea generation (research topics, thumbnails, titles, talking points, etc.).

Requirements:
- Project management skills to turn ideas into actionable steps, categorize tasks, set milestones, and track progress on several projects concurrently.
- Proactive, self-starter, ask questions for clarification, willing to learn, and solution-driven personality: bring creative ideas and solve problems with minimal oversight, learn my preferences and anticipate needs.
- Handle personal research tasks (e.g., check the schedule of the RoRo out of this port).
- Comfortable with basic tools like Google Docs and Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Meets, WhatsApp.
- Maintaining privacy of client lists and client information, business strategies, personal and contact information.
- Strong English (written/spoken) for clear communication.
- Stable internet & power for video calls and digital uploads & downloads.

Preferred / Bonus:
- Experience with project management and schedules (e.g., setting goals, tracking % complete).
- Familiarity with YouTube, content creation, or coaching support.
