???? Video Editor for Short-Form Coaching Content

Hi! I’m Agnieszka Wood, a Trading Mindset Coach and the founder of Ahead Coach, where I help traders build emotional discipline, confidence, and consistency so they can thrive in the market long term.

I’m looking for a skilled, creative, and reliable video editor to help me transform raw recordings into engaging short-form content for social media (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook etc.). These videos are mindset-focused and meant to inspire, educate, and connect with traders.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Review and edit raw recordings of varying lengths (clips provided) into concise, engaging short-form videos
Identify a strong hook from the content and build the video around it
Trim, cut, and edit for clarity, flow, and emotional impact
Add captions/subtitles, light music, transitions, or B-roll when needed
Format videos for multiple platforms (9:16, 1:1, etc.)
Label and organize files clearly for easy tracking and reuse

???? You’re a Great Fit If You:
Proficient in English spoken and written
Have experience editing short-form content (especially for coaches, creators, or educators)
Know how to find the key ---------- nt in raw footage and turn it into a scroll-stopping hook
Are comfortable working with unscripted, real-life video content
Can bring a polished, branded feel without over-editing
Are receptive to feedback and communicate clearly
Can meet timelines without micromanagement
Bonus: You’re familiar with trading, coaching, or psychology content (but it’s not required)

???? Trial Project (Required):
To find the right fit, I’m starting with a free trial project. I’ll provide a short clip (+/- 3 min.), and you’ll:
- Create one fully edited short (under 60 seconds)
- Add branding and captions
- Propose a compelling hook based on the video content
This will help me assess editing style, creativity, and ability to work with real coaching footage.

????Job Details:
Part-time, hourly (or per-project, if preferred), with the potential to grow into a full-time role
100% remote – work from anywhere
Flexible schedule as long as deadlines are met
