The Systems Administrator supports the digital tools and technology that help The Nabo Group run smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Development, this role helps ensure that our systems are properly set up, easy to use, and work well together. These systems help us manage everything from maintenance requests to billing, and they must grow with us as our business expands.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and enjoys solving problems. You don’t need to be a programmer, but you should be comfortable learning how systems work, setting up workflows, and helping different platforms "talk" to each other.
Key Responsibilities:
System Setup & Management:
- Help make sure our main platforms are set up to match how our business works.
- Set up and maintain tools for tracking violations, maintenance issues, architectural requests, billing changes, and more.
- Review systems regularly to spot problems or opportunities to improve.
- Work with tools like CINC Systems, Zendesk, and
Automation & Efficiency:
- Create automated workflows that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.
- Help roll out features that save time for our teams using built-in tools or simple logic-based automations.
- Support the use of AI-powered tools to help our staff work smarter.
Connecting Systems:
- Help connect different software platforms so data flows smoothly between them.
- Work with third-party tools to automate processes or solve integration issues.
- Act as the main contact for fixing or improving system connections.
Team Collaboration:
- Partner with leadership to launch new platforms or improve existing ones.
- Help evaluate and set up new tools during company growth or acquisitions.
- Support outside IT providers with system info and setup guidance.
Training & Documentation:
- Write simple instructions and guides for staff on how to use systems.
- Help roll out updates or new tools with the training team.
- Make sure we have clear records of how systems are set up and used.
Working Across Teams:
- Support Property Managers, Maintenance, Client Success, and Accounting to ensure systems fit their needs.
- Help turn business rules (like what’s in a management contract) into system settings or automation triggers.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with digital systems, platforms, or project tools (2-5 years preferred).
- Comfortable with technology, learning new tools, and setting up workflows.
- Some knowledge of basic web tools or platforms is a plus (e.g., website builders, HTML).
- Experience with property management or HOA software is a bonus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with different teams.
