Experienced Shopify Administrator

We’re a small but fast-growing U.S.-based home decor brand looking for a Shopify Administrator to help us keep our online store running smoothly and looking beautiful. You’ll be working with our team to bulk edit using Shopify admin, upload new products, manage collections, create homepage banners and help prepare for seasonal launches.

This is a great opportunity if you're someone who loves working in Shopify, enjoys organising information, and takes pride in getting every detail just right.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who double-checks their work and catches issues before they become problems, someone who can balance speed with accuracy, especially when bulk editing or updating large product sets, and a team player who communicates clearly, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

This role is for approximately 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday, working with our UK and US-based teams so you must be available 6pm-12am Manila, Philippines Time.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Uploading new products into Shopify with complete information (titles, descriptions, images, tags, etc.)

Working with variant listings (e.g., products with multiple colors, sizes, or material options)

Bulk editing products using Shopify admin.

Managing and merchandising collections for seasonal promotions and new arrivals

Creating and rotating new homepage banners every two weeks.

Ensuring consistency in naming, filtering, and tagging across the entire product catalogue

Checking that product listings are accurate and functional (images load correctly, pricing is correct, etc.)

Communicating clearly with the rest of the team to ensure launch timelines are met

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working in Shopify (product admin and general tasks on the platform)

Strong English communication skills (excellent comprehension along with written and verbal skills)

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to include the word "Adventure" in bold in the introduction of your application.

Strong comfort level working with product data, spreadsheets, and Shopify bulk tools.

Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

Available to work evening hours (4PM–12AM PHST).

Must be able to provide at least one professional reference from a previous Shopify-related role.
