This is a rare opportunity to grow into a Creative Director role while learning on the job - through guided mentorship in illustration, brand development, Figma, and AI tools. Offered by Office Clothing Limited, a Hong Kong–based fashion and toy company known for turning original stories into imaginative, collectible products.
Role:
Full-time, 40 hrs/week
- 20 hrs paid

What You'll Do
Paid Working Hours (20 hrs/week)
- Lead illustration & concept design across fashion & toy lines
- Guide creative development of visuals, mood boards, and references
- Evolve brand identity through cohesive visual storytelling
Paid Training (20 hrs/week)
You’ll be mentored across key areas:
- Figma - interface design & collaboration
- Illustration techniques - digital sketching, inking, coloring
- AI art generation - prompt engineering, blending AI with hand illustration
- Creative direction & reference discovery - setting tone, researching references
- Brand development - ensuring visual coherence and brand growth
…and additional skills aligned to our evolving product line.
You're a Strong Fit If You…
- Are enrolled in or graduated from an art-focused university program (e.g. Illustration, Design, Visual Communication, Fine Art)
- Possess a strong foundation in illustration (digital OR traditional)
- Have passion or experience in niche/experimental art fields—think character design, surreal, indie aesthetics or other unique visual styles
- Are motivated to grow and learn new tools and methodologies (you’re excited about training as much as doing the work!)
