Reporting to the Sales Head/ Asst. General Manager/ Chief Executive Officer, the Technical Sales Representative is one of the responsible persons for achieving sales target for the profitable sales and rental of Aerial Working Platforms (AWPs), and for supporting the other product lines of the company, and do not simply limiting responsibilities and opportunities for AWPs.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
a. Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand their project requirements.
b. Visits prospective clients at commercial, industrial, or other establishments, do area saturations, show catalogues or brochures to them, and informs them about the company products availability, and advantages of using AWPs and other possible equipment that the company can provide them.
c. Prepares and delivers technical product presentations that explain AWPs and other possible products or services to customers and prospective customers and convince them to finalize a deal, with the team if needed.
d. Prepares proposal with the help of the immediate head by coordinating and consulting with Engineers on designs, plans, technical descriptions, and other related documents.
e. Identifies all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all sales process stages.
f. Establishes and maintains strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
g. Oversees/ handles the project from mobilization up to project closure.
h. Share location during working hours with the immediate head.
i. Maintain a clean and safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
j. Must have a driver's license and know how to drive 4 wheels
