Rockstar Meta Ad Strategist & Manager

We’re looking for a Meta Ads Rockstar to challenge us, push us, and help us grow.

We run a small CRO & messaging agency, Scale Messaging and after 5+ years of running our own Meta ads fully in-house, we’re finally ready to bring someone in.

But we’re not looking for someone to just “manage campaigns” or follow a checklist.
We want someone who thinks like a strategist, not a VA.

We might be hard to please — you’ll be working directly with 2 seasoned marketers
Our spend is small to start with
We’ve never outsourced ads before, you’ll need to show us that you know your stuff
This is an experimental role to start with. No politics. No big promises. Just see how we work together

Here’s the rainbow (the fun part):
Results will be easy to beat — very little optimisation has been done so far
We’re open to your ideas — we love creative angles and out-of-the-box tests
You’ll have plenty of content assets to work with
You control your schedule — we care about results, not hours
Ongoing role, someone to continuously to improve our advertising

Who we’re looking for:
You live and breathe Meta ads (FB/IG)
You know how to test hooks, angles, offers — not just set up campaigns
You can analyse what’s not working and explain it simply
You have strong opinions on creatives, not afraid to suggest bold ideas
You’re creative. Strategic. Resourceful.
Bonus: if you have Google ads, Tiktok or organic social media experience
