Masonry Quantity Estimator

We are seeking a provider to conduct construction plan take-offs and quantity estimations for plans that include the following types of products, applicable to both residential and commercial projects:
• Masonry brick and blocks.
• Clay bricks
• Architectural blocks e.g. breeze blocks
• Civil plans for retaining walls etc.
• Paving
• And other concrete and clay building products
We are exclusively seeking an estimate for masonry, CMU, bricks, and architectural masonry blocks. We do not need the estimate to include other building materials, such as roofing, metal or electrical components etc.

Some quantity take-offs would need to be basic square-metre measurements, while others would require detailed take-offs. For detailed take-offs, we would need the breakdown to specify the types of blocks needed, including quantities of half blocks, full blocks, end blocks, half-height blocks, and so on.
