???? What You’ll Be Doing (50/50 Role Split)

???? VIDEO EDITING & CONTENT CREATION
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels
• Design clean, scroll-stopping thumbnails
• Handle overflow editing and keep posting schedules consistent
• Write captions with strong hooks and trending hashtags

???? OPERATIONS & COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
• Manage emails and scheduling for multiple accounts
• Reply to audience comments and DMs with professionalism
• Schedule posts using Publer (or similar tools)
• Track content performance and suggest simple improvements

? Who We’re Looking For

Must-Have:
• ???? Excellent written English (B2+ or higher)
• ?? Experience with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, VN, Final Cut
• ???? Strong internet + a reliable computer (must handle video work)
• ? Available 5 days/week — 40+ hours total
• ???? Comfortable with Google Drive, Canva, Publer, and common tools
