Potters Property Solution is a U.S.-based company specializing in foreclosure repair and property preservation services. We manage jobs such as grass cuts, debris removal, painting, roof repairs, and lock changes. We are seeking a reliable and English-fluent virtual assistant to recruit new subcontractors and manage projects from start to finish.

? Responsibilities:
Cold call contractors (painters, lawn care, roofers, etc.) to offer subcontracting jobs
Follow up with applicants and schedule onboarding
Act as a liaison between contractors and the company
Help manage the day-to-day status of property preservation jobs
Maintain a database of contractors and project notes
Ensure jobs are progressing on time and properly documented
Submit project updates, coordinate photos, and monitor deadlines
????? Required Skills:
Strong spoken and written English (you will be speaking with U.S.-based contractors)
Confidence in cold calling, sales, or contractor outreach
Organized and detail-oriented
Experience in contractor recruitment, construction coordination, or virtual project management
Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. hours (Central Time preferred)

$4.50 USD/hour starting rate plus commission on each job completed under your supervision
