Your Role
We are hiring Global Product Managers (GPMs) to join our fast-growing team. This is a full-time, remote role designed for high-performing individuals with experience in Amazon FBA. You will take ownership of product performance across multiple marketplaces and be trained and supported in mastering key areas such as profitability, advertising, inventory management, and listing optimization.

You will work closely with the Listings Manager and collaborate across departments including operations, creatives, and web development to ensure maximum visibility and performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities as a Global Product Manager
Profit & Loss Management
Use Sellerboard to monitor SKU performance, profit margins, costs, and issues.
Track refund rates, FBA fees, and unexpected charges and flag any concerns.
Take action to improve underperforming SKUs.

Inventory Forecasting
Monitor sales velocity, lead times, and inventory levels.
Forecast replenishments to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
Coordinate with operations and suppliers to align production and shipping timelines.

Listing Management & Optimization
Create, improve, and maintain product listings using flat files and manual methods.
Ensure listing compliance with Amazon’s policies (titles, categories, bullet points, back-end keywords, etc.).
Collaborate with graphics and copywriting teams to enhance titles, infographics, A+ content, and SEO-optimized descriptions.
Maintain consistent variation structures across all marketplaces.
Troubleshoot listing issues, such as suppressions or stranded inventory, and liaise with Amazon Seller Support for resolution.
Monitor key listing metrics such as CTR and CVR, and implement changes to improve performance.
Update and manage Amazon Storefronts, ensuring brand consistency and seasonal relevance.

Advertising Management
Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.
Analyze ACOS and TACOS, adjusting bids and budgets accordingly.
Manage negative keyword lists and keyword targeting strategies.

Competitor Analysis
Identify and monitor top competitors in each product category and marketplace.
Track pricing, promotional activity, new reviews, and emerging product launches.
Provide recommendations based on competitive trends.

Conversion Funnel Optimization
Analyze CTR, CVR, and session data to improve the path to purchase.
Collaborate with creative teams to A/B test and refine product content.
Recommend structural or UX improvements on listings or storefronts.

Weekly & Monthly Workflow
Weekly: Monitor performance, identify issues, and implement small optimizations.
Weekly Dashboard: Submit a concise report showing sales, ACOS, profit, stock, and action points.
Monthly Product Review: Present insights on what’s working, what's not, and key recommendations for the upcoming month.

Qualifications & Skills
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: Amazon flat file uploads and listing variation management.
At least 1 year of proven experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Strong command of English (especially written) with perfect grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.

Brand Analytics & Search Query Performance
Sellerboard & Helium 10
Inventory Forecasting
Able to work independently and think proactively.
Familiarity with Amazon guidelines, category policies, and best practices.
Based in the Philippines, not working through an agency.
Able to join Pumble or Google Meet calls at short notice during working hours (aligned with PH timezone).

Hubstaff – Time tracking software (mandatory for this role)
