We are looking for the BEST OF THE BEST!!! Are you a rockstar looking for a CAREER? We are a 7-figure USA based Real Estate Firm looking to hire top tier talent. This specific role will be bookkeeping/data entry/general admin tasks.
You will report directly to the owner of the company! Please see job description below. Please do not waste my time and apply if you do not have experience relevant to what you see below. I have several VA's that have been employed by us for 5+ years. If you are the best of the best, I'd love to talk to you ASAP and see if we are a good fit.
1. Track KPI’s on marketing spend (FB, YouTube, Cold Calling, PPC, Direct Mail, etc. Excel spreadsheets showing cost per lead, cost per appointment, cost per contract, cost per deal closed on each advertising channel. Excel spreadsheets to be updated weekly and monthly.
2. Track KPI’s for sales team Lead scoring (best leads go to the best reps). Ensuring leads are being worked properly by the acquisition managers and lead managers (VA’s). Track dials, conversations, offers made, talk time (minutes per day), and contracts sent / signed on a daily / weekly basis. Daily report
3. Reconcile credit cards and keep track of overall spending across two entities (BHI, LLC and BH, INC)
4. Create monthly and end of year reports for seller financed sellers to sign off on (new balance, payments made on time, how many payments left, etc)
5. Keep track of rental portfolio: ensure payments are received by all tenants. Keep track of mortgage balances and which properties are on permanent loans vs hard money loans vs owner financed loans. Engage with all property managers for specific properties. P&L reports for each specific rental property.
6. Keep track of fix&flip projects. Backdated P&L reports for 2024 and 2025 fix&flips and ensure new flips have consistently updated P&L’s in real time.
7. Create a running list of all deals completed (Backdate to 2024) This includes Wholesales & Novations
8. General Administrative VA duties include: full access to owners e-mail to clean/organize, ensure inbox is at 0 by end of shift. Organizing calendar and ensuring all future meetings are booked through Calendly or other calendar program, etc.
