We are initiating the recruitment process for a new member to join the Product team, with a strong focus on data entry and product data enrichment. This role is vital in maintaining data accuracy across our digital platforms and ensuring that our product content is rich, structured, and aligned with our merchandising standards.
We are looking for a meticulous and agile Product Data Specialist with a background in eCommerce and a strong capability in handling product-related information, especially within the furniture or homewares sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring product content is accurate, consistent, and enriched using both internal and third-party data sources.

Key Requirements
Experience:

* Industry exposure to furniture, homewares, or large SKU-based retail preferred.

Technical & Analytical Skills:
* Proven ability to handle large datasets and complex product structures.
*Ability to interpret and manipulate data using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); strong skills in data validation, formatting, cleaning, and lookup functions.
*Familiarity with databases and understanding of product data schemas is a plus.
*Ability to combine and enrich data from multiple sources (internal + third-party).

Platform & Tool Familiarity:

*Strong working knowledge of at least one Content Management System (Shopify, WordPress, Magento, Squarespace, NetSuite, or basic HTML).
*Proficiency in Asana, ---------- , or any similar project management tool.
(Optional but desirable) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop for basic asset editing.

Core Responsibilities
*Data Entry: Accurately enter, update, and validate product information across platforms.
*Data Enrichment: Combine product specs with descriptive content and third-party data to enhance listings.
*Multi-Platform Management: Maintain data consistency across internal databases, CMSs, and retail channels.
*Task Ownership: Manage day-to-day task list using project tools (Asana or similar), proactively update progress, and flag delays or blockers.
*Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Digital, and Buying teams to align data processes and priorities.
*Quality Control: Execute regular data checks and flag inconsistencies or missing information with a high level of attention to detail.

Key Attributes We’re Looking For

*Razor-sharp attention to detail
*Ability to switch between tasks efficiently and independently
*Clear and proactive communicator – especially when encountering blockers or unclear requirements
*Data-curious mindset with a natural inclination toward improving processes
