Customer Support Virtual Assistant (Contractor)

We’re DuraPaw — a fast-growing, fun-loving dog brand known for bold toys, wild packaging, and great customer vibes. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Virtual Assistant contractor to help us deliver outstanding care to our amazing customers!

Your Main Role: Making Customers Feel Cared For
• Use help desk to customer emails, text messages, and social media inquiries using pre-written templates (with light personalization when needed)
• Troubleshoot subscription questions, order changes, and general inquiries
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and understanding tone in every interaction
• Handle occasional other virtual administrative tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent written English and grammar
• A genuinely friendly attitude — customers should feel like they’re chatting with someone who truly cares
• Strong attention to detail (order numbers, matching dog names to customers, line item properties, subscription management)
• Must be able to work North American hours
• Subscription customer service experience (recurring orders, billing, customer retention)
• Experience with Shopify, ReAmaze, or Loop Subscriptions (or similar ecommerce tools)
• Reliability and strong communication with our team
