Graphic Designer

I am looking to hire a graphic designer for one month to assist with the following:

90-95%: tshirt designs (looking for a creative type who can take my ideas and bring them to light!
5-10% of work: designing store fronts in teespring

Must be accomplished in both. Looking for someone who can crank out at least 100+ t-shirt designs per month.

Would like to test your skills for one month. If I like you and think we can work together, then I will consider hiring you full time. If I do not like you after one month, I will find a new candidate.

Ideally looking to work with someone longterm.

Need someone very creative, with good understanding of English language, and global cultures.

I am happy to include commission bonuses to the right person after we form a working relationship. In fact, If I find the right candidate I would be happy to pay them greater than $400 a month.

Looking for someone responsible who will do the work when I ask and complete on time. If I have to ask you twice to do anything you are not the right person.
