As our Real Estate Wholesaling Acquisition/Disposition Manager and Cold Caller, you'll lead the identification and management of wholesale real estate deals. Your experience, negotiation skills, and market knowledge are crucial for this role.
Your main role will be Acquisition/Disposition Manager and will cold call
Key Responsibilities:
Acquisition/Disposition Manager:
-Identify and evaluate potential real estate acquisition and disposition opportunities.
-Build relationships with property owners and investors to source off-market deals.
-Negotiate purchase and sale agreements.
-Oversee due diligence and marketing efforts.
-Maintain a database of buyers and investors.
Cold Calling:
-Call potential property sellers or buyers to assess their interest.
-Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by asking about their property needs and motivations.
-Relationship Building: Build relationships with potential clients.
-Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and lead status.
-Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2+ years of real estate wholesaling experience.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Must be excellent in English language.
-Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
-Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with potential clients.
-Strong organizational skills to manage call records and appointments effectively.
-Proficiency in using CRM systems or databases.
-Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle objections professionally.
-Prior experience in cold calling or real estate sales is advantageous.
