About us:
We are a US-based healthcare organization focused on mental health and psychiatry. We have about 5-10 providers (doctors, NPs, etc.) for now. Our front desk team is managed by a great team of HVAs in the Phillipines. We are a new office with a new website.

Website responsibilities
-We manage our website, ---------- , built with Wordpress/Elementor.
-Handful of tasks need doing upfront, then scaling back to regular maintenance and emergency support.
-We can do basic tasks but need help with edits, redesigns, and widget updates from time to time.
-Check and improve speed on a regular basis. We have 95+ on PageSpeed/GTmetrix and need to maintain/improve that.
-Keep accessibility in mind. We must be ADA compliant. Our website needs to be accessible.
-Mobile first. Desktop should look nice, but our patients are on mobile.
-Looking for someone skilled and efficient.
-Past company managing our website was slow, sloppy, and required constant rework — not acceptable. Must double check work before submitting. (Very basic, right?)

I'm hoping to find someone with a true eye for website design so that we're in alignment without a lot of revisions. Some websites just don't look good.

SEO expert
-Keyword audit & on-page SEO
-Optimize content
-Set up any tools we need, such as Google Search Console & Analytics
-Off-page SEO if it's legit (we don't want these junky links, short-term boost, etc.)
-Whatever else we need to improve our ranking -- You are the expert. We need your input, guidance, and direction.

On the SEO side, we need a very competent person who can strategize with us. We don't necessarily have a list of what you need to do. We need you to create the list and work with us. Our goal is to boost our SEO prominence, obviously. How we do that = mostly up to you.

We already manage our Google reviews so no support needed there.

You'll be working directly with me, Michael. I've built and managed several websites before using Divi. I don't really want to deeply learn Elementor. I have other responsibilities now and want to find the right partner(s) to handle this work.

I have a 5-star rating on Upwork. I'd say I'm a good boss, but I am specific and can be exacting, requiring even very specific tweaks. I don't do ambiguity (from you or me). I do give very clear instructions, but there could be rounds of revisions.

We'd like to do a couple of trial tasks upfront at a price that we agree upon. If successful, we'd like to enter into an agreement with you. We'll have 1-2 months of heavier needs upfront (perhaps 15-20 hours/mo web design, 20-30 hours/mo SEO) , and we'd like to come up with a fair price for those.

We'd like to get the best folks possible in the $6-12 per hour range. I don't like to pay per hour. If you're efficient, you should be rewarded. No need to waste time.

After 2 months, we want to drop down to a maintenance mode with a lower TBD salary. This will not turn into a full-time position, but we may increase hours in the future if we need the support.

4. This is a part-time position. Do you have availability? How soon do you respond for routine things, and how quickly can you jump online for emergency/downtime scenarios?
