Hi! I’m a UK-based makeup artist, content creator, and founder of a personal brand focused on helping women break free from toxic beauty standards and reclaim self-worth through beauty, creativity, and truth.
I’m launching a brand-new weekly podcast sharing raw conversations, personal growth insights, and unapologetic storytelling — and I need the right woman to help bring it to life behind the scenes.

What I’m Looking For
MUST have experience in podcasting/ podcast editing. I need a detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent Podcast VA who can support me consistently. This role is ideal for someone who:
* Has great written English and strong communication skills
* Enjoys structure and staying organised
* Understands women’s empowerment or wellness-focused content
* Works with quality and care (not juggling too many clients)
* Is excited to grow with a meaningful brand


Your Tasks Will Include:
* Uploading, publishing and promoting 1+ podcast episode per week
* Writing strong episode titles and descriptions
* Adding basic show notes (timestamps, links, guest info)
* Uploading to platforms like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.
* Creating simple visual assets (thumbnails, quote cards via Canva)
* Tracking episodes in Notion or Google Sheets
* Assisting with light guest research or outreach
* Creating short audio clips for social media

Time & Tools
* 4–6 hours per week to start
* Flexible hours, but must meet weekly deadlines
* Tools: Notion, Canva, Anchor/Buzzsprout, Descript (training can be provided)
