Position Overview
The IT Cybersecurity Consultant will play a critical role in supporting Consultare Inc. Group's internal infrastructure security, client cybersecurity consulting services, and compliance management platform (InterlinkIQ / IntelComp). This role requires technical expertise in cybersecurity standards, regulatory compliance frameworks, and hands-on experience implementing security controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments for internal systems and client environments.
- Assist in CMMC, NIST ---------- , ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance audits and gap assessments.
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices.
-Monitor security alerts, perform vulnerability scans, and manage i ---------- response plans.
- Support internal IT security operations including system hardening, firewall management, and endpoint protection.
- Provide client consultation on cybersecurity readiness and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the IT Senior Manager and InterlinkIQ development teams on platform security.
- Assist in preparing documentation, audit evidence, and client compliance reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience.
- Familiarity with CMMC, NIST SP ---------- , ISO 27001, and SOC 2 standards.
- Experience with vulnerability scanners, firewalls, endpoint security, and network security.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, and technical controls.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and reporting skills.
- Industry certifications preferred: Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.
- Philippines-based applicants are preferred for time zone alignment.

Nice to Have:
-Familiarity with regulatory cybersecurity requirements for food defense, FDA, or defense contractors.
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
