About Us: We are a growing U.S. property maintenance company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Client Success Representative to join our team. We are dedicated to enhancing condo living one property at a time. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service through our landscaping and snow plowing expertise. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Respond to client emails, texts, and calls professionally

Assist with scheduling services and managing job requests

Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn

Update customer records and service notes accurately

Communicate with field teams to coordinate daily operations

Support billing, invoicing, and general administrative tasks

Coordinating weekly meetings with management and team

Ensure excellent customer experience through clear and timely communication


Requirements:

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable using CRMs, Excel, email, and online systems

Ability to work independently and follow processes

Previous customer service, admin, or virtual assistant experience preferred


Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, aligned with the U.S. EST business hours.
Must be available during U.S. business hours, typically 7:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, limited to a maximum of 40 hours per week.
