Virtual Assistant for UK Property Business – Pricing, Messaging & Direct Bookings

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive virtual assistant to help manage and grow our UK-based Serviced Accommodation (short-term rental) business.??

You’ll work across tools like PriceLabs, Lodgify, Airbnb, ---------- , VRBO, Turno, and others — with a focus on optimising nightly rates, responding to guest inquiries, and reaching out to local companies for direct bookings.??

This is a long-term role, with clear goals and opportunities to grow into more responsibility if you’re reliable and results-driven.??

Responsibilities:?- Monitor and update pricing using PriceLabs?- Respond to guest messages via Airbnb, ---------- , and Vrbo?- Liaise with housekeepers (via Turno or WhatsApp) to confirm cleans, photos, or damages?- Report damages and handle resolutions on Airbnb and ---------- ?- Conduct outreach to local contractors (construction, IT, NHS, etc.) for direct bookings?- Submit weekly performance reports using our Notion dashboard?- Track occupancy and competitor pricing via Octo or similar market intel platforms?- Manage availability, calendars, and basic guest automation in Lodgify

Requirements:?- Excellent written English and fast communication?- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs?- Experience with ---------- /short-term rentals (preferred)?- Familiarity with PriceLabs, Lodgify, Turno, or similar tools (preferred)?- Willingness to learn and improve constantly?- Self-motivated, consistent, and organised

?????? Hours & Pay:?- 10–15 hours/week to start?- Rate: $4–$6 USD/hour depending on experience?- Bonuses for performance (e.g. direct bookings, speed, accuracy)?- Hours are flexible — you may need to respond to guests across different time zones, including evenings and weekends
