Pronto Income Tax is a U.S.-based accounting firm that supports real estate investors, developers, and trade professionals (like general contractors, HVAC techs, and more) grow their businesses with smart tax, bookkeeping, and advisory services.
We’re growing — and we’re looking for a sharp, mid-level Account Executive from the Philippines to help us manage client relationships and grow our book of business.
If you have experience in B2B sales, client account management, or the accounting space, and love working with real estate pros — this is your chance to join a fast-growing U.S. firm from the comfort of home.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients
- Lead discovery calls and close new service engagements
- Upsell bookkeeping, tax planning, and CFO-level services
- Use a CRM to track sales pipeline and follow-ups
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based team via Zoom, Slack, and email

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient in CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, etc.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST)
- Background in finance, accounting, or professional services preferred
- Experience working with U.S. companies is a plus
