Social Media Strategist/Manager

Now Hiring for an experienced and creative Social Media Strategist/Manager to join our fast-growing marketing agency team! We are looking for someone proactive, deadline-driven, organized, and passionate about branding and digital marketing. Only apply if you're looking for a long-term role with real growth potential.

Must have strong experience in content planning, social media management, and analytics reporting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Will be responsible for: Developing content calendars, coordinating with our creative team, posting across platforms, tracking KPIs, and optimizing for engagement and reach.
Must be proficient in:

--Canva
--Adobe Express
--Meta Business Suite
--Later or similar scheduling platforms
--Social media trends & reels
--Analytics & engagement reporting
--Branding and voice alignment

• Per project basis, with opportunity for retainer
• Approximately 20 hours per week to start
• Must be a strong communicator and team player (working alongside designers, copywriters, SEO specialists, etc.)
• Must be available to work according to Miami, Florida time
