Who I Am:

I’m the CEO of DAL Technology, constantly managing high-level operations between the UAE and Sudan.
I oversee diverse teams: project managers, engineers, developers, marketing leads, and operations managers.

I hold regular meetings—weekly, monthly, and strategic sessions throughout the year.
I deal with contracts, challenges, growth strategies, and fast decisions.

I don’t micromanage, and I don’t chase people. You’ll handle that.

I don’t care where you work from—your house, a café, or across the world—just get things done, with precision and on time.

What You Will Do:

This is not a personal assistant job.
This is a core operations role, putting you at the heart of everything happening in the company:
1. Coordinate with teams in the UAE, Sudan, and beyond
2. Manage meetings, calendars, presentations, travel, and urgent matters
3. Sit in high-level meetings and turn decisions into real outcomes
4. Handle, review, and organize large volumes of documents—daily
5. Follow up consistently with marketing, programming, engineering, and all key departments
6. Take on HR responsibilities: recruitment follow-up, contracts, internal processes
7. Communicate with clients, partners, vendors, and stakeholders across sectors and countries

Who You Need to Be:
1. Smart, fast, bold, and extremely organized
2. Able to read people, rooms, and situations before they unfold
3. Confident enough to speak and contribute in executive meetings
4. Comfortable with Zoom, WhatsApp, slides, spreadsheets, and chaos
5. Able to take initiative and move forward without waiting for instructions
