We are a fast-growing retail and liquidation company in North Carolina, USA, seeking a full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in customer service and content creation.
You will be responsible for auditing and uploading auction listings, managing our
Responsibilities:
Review auction listings for accuracy (photos, titles, descriptions, and item condition)
Upload items to our auction platform (HiBid or similar)
Change auction dates and manage schedules
Answer customer calls professionally using VoIP or Google Voice
Respond to all messages and comments across 6+
Create and schedule social media posts (giveaways, sales, updates, etc.)
Share posts to relevant
Assist with job listings and light content writing
Track tasks and updates using Trello, Google Sheets, or other tools
Qualifications:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong phone voice and ability to answer calls during U.S. business hours
Detail-oriented with strong proofreading and data-checking skills
Experience managing
Reliable internet (at least 25 Mbps) and quiet workspace
Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions
Bonus: Experience with HiBid or other auction platforms
Working Hours:
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Must be available Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. time)
Salary & Benefits:
PHP 45,000–56,000/month depending on experience
Weekly pay via Wise or PayPal
