Virtual Assistant – Social Media & Brand Marketing (Full-Time / Remote – Philippines)

We specialize in working with Veterans and active Military members, so understanding this audience is a major plus. We are looking for a professional who understands the unique branding and marketing needs of this demographic.
Who We’re Looking For:
A fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines, with experience in the mortgage, finance, or real estate industry—especially someone familiar with branding for Veterans and Military clients. You should be tech-savvy, creative, and capable of independently managing and growing business social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage our social media presence across
Develop branded content, including graphics, videos, reels, captions, and testimonial-based posts
Showcase 5-star reviews, success stories, and VA loan-specific content that appeals to Veteran and Military audiences
Engage with followers and respond to messages and comments in a timely, professional manner
Coordinate and run boosted posts or basic ads to increase reach and visibility
Monitor and report on social growth, engagement, and lead generation metrics
Help maintain our presence in Veteran and Military-focused forums and groups
Required Skills & Experience:
Fluent English speaker and writer
Prior experience supporting mortgage, real estate, or finance clients
Knowledge of VA loans and Military/Veteran-focused marketing is a major advantage
Ability to manage and grow business accounts on Meta
Proficient with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and content scheduling platforms
Strong visual and written communication skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
Preferred but Not Required:
Experience working with Veteran or Military messaging boards and audiences
Familiarity with reputation management, review marketing, and local SEO
Video editing or short-form content creation (Reels, Stories, TikTok's)
Experience running basic ad campaigns or boosting posts
