Job Summary
The Assistant Property Manager supports the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of vacation rental properties. Working remotely, this role ensures smooth coordination between internal departments and service providers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
Track and manage work orders, task completion, and project timelines.

Support the lead property manager in ensuring all operational deadlines are met.

Monitor progress on assignments and flag delays or issues for resolution.

Communication Coordination
Monitor team channels and emails to ensure messages are routed to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers.

Maintain clear communication between departments to support operational flow.

Reporting & Quality Control
Collect and review data related to property operations such as maintenance and housekeeping.

Assist with audits and contribute to the development of performance reports.

Guest Experience Support
Address guest concerns related to service and property quality.

Collaborate with guest services and operations teams to support a positive guest experience.

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

4+ years of experience in property management, hospitality, or operations support.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Must be adaptable, dependable, and solution-oriented.

Comfortable working across time zones and handling shifting priorities.

Additional Requirements
Must be available to start immediately.

Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.

Willingness to work U.S. business hours, including occasional weekends or holidays.
