Position Details
- Title: Virtual Assistant - AI Project Lead Finder
- Type: Full-Time (Remote)
- Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 4 Hours a Day)
- Compensation: $2/hour base ($160/month) + performance bonuses for successful client acquisitions

About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us connect with people who need AI development services. This role involves finding qualified leads who are actively seeking AI developers or have AI projects that need fulfilment, which our company (AIFulfilment Organisation) can provide.

Key Responsibilities
- Search specific online Skool communities for job listings and posts from people seeking AI developers
- Enter job listing URLs into our Google Sheets tracking system
- Visit potential client profiles to collect their social media/contact information
- Post helpful comments using our AI-powered Prompts
- Follow up with potential clients who might need our AI development services
- Work 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Required Skills
- Ability to identify quality leads (people genuinely looking for AI development help)
- Basic understanding of AI development terminology
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and social media platforms
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Reliable internet connection

Qualification Process
- Must be able to distinguish between serious AI project requests and casual inquiries
- Understanding of which types of AI development projects are appropriate for our services
- Ability to represent our company professionally in online communities
