???? High-Level Meta Media Buyer Wanted – Scale Brands with Confidence (Facebook & IG) | Full-Time | Remote

Are you a battle-tested Meta Ads Expert with at least 3+ years of real-world experience running paid traffic for businesses on Facebook & Instagram?

Do you live and breathe campaign optimization, scaling winning creatives, interpreting data trends, and keeping CAC low while ROAS climbs?

If so, keep reading.

We’re looking for a high-level, analytical, and proactive Meta Media Buyer to join our remote marketing team and help scale brands with consistency, clarity, and precision. This is NOT a training role. This is for someone who has been in the trenches, understands Meta’s ad platform inside and out, and has case studies to prove it.

? Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads for clients or brands
• Proven track record of scaling brands using Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Experience managing ad budgets of at least $10,000/month (show proof)
• Deep understanding of campaign strategy, ad creatives, retargeting flows, and A/B testing
• Comfortable setting up and optimizing full-funnel ad campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF)
• Solid grasp of pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution modeling
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MANDATORY)
• Able to provide past campaign results, dashboards, and proof of performance
• Clear understanding of KPIs: ROAS, CTR, CPA, CPL, etc.
• Bonus if you’ve worked with eCommerce, coaches, consultants, or info product businesses

???? Your Role:
• Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns (FB + IG) for high-level brands
• Write and optimize winning ad copy & creative angles (with creative team support)
• Interpret data and make strategic scaling decisions weekly
• Stay ahead of Meta algorithm changes and platform updates
• Troubleshoot ad account issues, manage business manager structures
• Provide weekly reports with actionable insights (Google Sheets or Dashboards)
• Collaborate closely with internal creative and strategy team
