Responsibilities:
Weekly review of all landing pages, advertorials, and PDPs for conversion optimization opportunities
Set up and manage ongoing A/B tests (headlines, layout, testimonials, design tweaks, CTAs)
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, Hotjar, and Intelligems
Collaborate with developer to brief new test variations and creative improvements
Run weekly CRO insights report (identify wins, flops, and next tests)
Maintain and update the central CRO test tracking sheet for both brands:
Keep Shopify/ClickFunnels/WordPress product pages consistent and optimized
Monitor checkout drop-off and suggest improvements
Suggest copy changes for upsell flows and
Proactively flag bottlenecks in the funnel (e.g. mobile bounce rate too high)
Goals:
Continuously improve conversion rates across our sales funnel (advertorials, PDPs, checkout)
Create a high-velocity test culture: something new should be testing every week
Build CRO test documentation for repeatable learnings and SOP expansion
Minimize ad spend wasted on low-performing funnels
