We’re looking for a full-time Creative Strategist to take charge of the creative direction across all our e-commerce websites. You’ll be the one shaping how our stores look, feel, and sell.
You'll also be working closely with graphic designers, video editors, and web designers to launch new stores and campaigns. This is a hands-off but high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes e-commerce creativity, especially with AI in the mix.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the creative brain behind all website designs, videos, and ad creatives.
- Guide our designers and editors with clear direction. You come up with the concepts, they bring them to life.
- Figure out how to best use AI tools across creative work, from images to video to web design.
- Bring fresh ideas for new stores.
- Ensure everything looks great, is cohesive, and drives sales.
What are the requirements for the role?
- Background in dropshipping or DTC brands.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in a creative or e-commerce setting.
- Strong creative vision. You know what works and what doesn’t.
- Solid understanding of design, video editing, and e-commerce websites. You won’t make them yourself, but you’ll lead those who do.
- You take initiative and bring bold, original ideas.
- You're a hard-working person that can meet tight deadlines.

- Full-time role: 48 hours/week
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday
- Salary: $1750/month
