Sourcing Agent (Fluent In Mandarin/Chinese Language)

Our company is hiring a Sourcing Agent as we are expanding.

The monthly salary for experienced Sourcing Agents is 20000 PHP.

Here is the Job Scorecard

As a Sourcing Agent, you will be responsible for handling our company's end to end sourcing operations.
The successful candidate will be able to appraise and Improve our sourcing activities by analyzing the company's spending, supplying partnerships and new possibilities.


Responsibilities

+ Negotiation Master
+ Manage the company's relationship with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring transparency of spending, and ensuring our company is not getting ripped off
+ Generate and Implement efficient sourcing and manufacturers/suppliers management strategies and processes
+ Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure and get awesome deals for our company with manufacturers and suppliers
+ Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
+ Optimize sourcing procedures and processes to attain maximum efficiency
+ Cooperate with shareholders of Our Companies to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
+ Perform cost and risk management analysis, based on the goals of the company
+ Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
+ Discover and partner with trustworthy manufacturers and suppliers
+ Determine the quantity and timing of deliveries


Requirements

+ Complete Understanding Of Alibaba, and similar Platforms
+ Fluent In Mandarin/Chinese Language
+ Fluent In English
+ Proven work experience as a sourcing manager or procurement manager
+ Negotiation Master
+ Familiarity with sourcing and manufacturers/suppliers management and relevant software
+ Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
+ Strong project management and leadership skills
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
+ Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
+ Solid judgement with ability to make great decisions
+ Solid experience with supply chain management
