We’re on the hunt for a detail-oriented and reliable Loan Support & Processing Coordinator to help push deals across the line and deliver an exceptional funding experience to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Review submitted applications to ensure all necessary documents are received and complete
• Pre-screen and package applications for our lending panel
• Liaise with clients to request any missing or updated information
• Communicate with lenders to track deals, escalate urgent submissions, and resolve documentation issues
• Keep internal systems (CRM, lender portals) up to date with accurate notes and statuses
• Coordinate with brokers and lending specialists to ensure smooth handover and support
• Assist with generating quotes, sending contracts, and finalising funded deals
• Spot bottlenecks and help improve internal loan workflows

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in loan admin, credit processing, or operations support
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with lending systems, CRMs, or financial services workflows
• Strong communication and coordination skills—you can chase things up without sounding pushy
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and a get-it-done mindset
• Bonus if you’ve worked in commercial lending or with fintech lenders before
