TikTok Content Manager - Video Editing & Social Media

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented TikTok Content Manager to handle multiple e-commerce accounts for our growing business.

What You'll Be Doing Daily

Bottom-of-Funnel Video Assembly: 28 videos per day across 4 accounts using our pre-made video library (quick assembly work - 3-4 minutes per video)
Premium Content Creation: 3 high-quality product videos daily in viral style using provided B-roll footage. Examples will be provided.
AI Voiceover Creation: Generate professional voiceovers using ElevenLabs with our proven scripts
Trending Audio Research: Find and implement trending sounds that match our brand style
Performance Tracking: Monitor video performance and provide daily reports

Requirements
Essential Skills:

CapCut experience
TikTok and social media marketing experience
Experience with AI voice generation tools (ElevenLabs preferred) or willingness to learn
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Available for daily check-ins with progress updates and brief meetings 2-3 times per week

What We Offer
Compensation:

Starting Salary: $400/month for first 2-3 months
Bonus Potential: Additional compensation for exceptional performance
