DevOps & Platform Engineering Lead

We are seeking a DevOps & Platform Engineering Lead to drive cloud operations, infrastructure reliability, and platform delivery across enterprise environments. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity ideal for a seasoned DevOps engineer stepping into a lead role or an early-career manager ready to grow.

Role Overview
-Lead the delivery of DevOps strategy, including Azure Cloud Services, Dynamics 365, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD pipelines
-Own system availability, platform performance, and secure deployment practices across enterprise systems
-Mentor DevOps engineers and guide technical architecture, automation standards, and DevSecOps practices
-Partner with cross-functional teams—developers, QA, security, and business—to ensure scalable and cost-efficient infrastructure
-Serve as the technical voice in key leadership meetings and contribute to long-term IT planning
