Good. Because we’re scaling a coaching and AI brand to $1M+ in the next 12 months, and we don’t have time for “just okay.”

We need a Project Manager/Operator/Execution Overlord who can handle business like Beyoncé’s tour manager.

We’re building two powerful brands:
1. The Miseducation of AI — helping everyday people and entrepreneurs use AI to build digital income.
2. Think Energy Expansion — acquiring customers and educating teams in the renewable energy space.

We’re creators, coaches, educators, and culture shapers. We move fast, think big, and want someone who can build systems before we break them.

???? WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Running the day-to-day execution of all projects (launches, webinars, client onboarding, VA workflow, etc.)
• Building and maintaining timelines in Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or your weapon of choice
• Tracking KPIs and giving the founder weekly “no fluff” updates
• Managing contractors, VAs, and holding people (including us) accountable
• Acting as the bridge between “vision” and “execution” (aka translating our 5-minute voice note into a 6-week plan)

???? YOU IF YOU’RE A FIT:
• You live for structure, deadlines, SOPs, and Google Sheets
• You’ve managed digital marketing launches, coaching brands, or agency projects
• You get things done with or without constant reminders
• You can say “no” without being a jerk
• You’re comfortable with tools like Trello, Airtable, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Slack, etc.
• You love taking chaos and turning it into clarity

• Have experience scaling a personal brand or info business
• Know how to build systems that automate recurring tasks
• Can help with hiring, onboarding, and team growth

???? SCHEDULE & COMP
• Part-time to start (20–30 hrs/week), full-time as we scale
• Flexible hours (but must be available for check-ins in EST time zone)
• Pay starts at Xxxxxdepending on experience, with bonuses as goals are hit
