We're looking for a candidate to help with the next phase of growth. This individual will work closely with the company's Principal to assist with content creation for our latest website -
Candidates must have incredible written communication skills, be highly organized, resourceful, and have a knack for project management. We're looking for someone profit-minded and results-driven to help us build out helpful content that makes our audience want to keep reading, watching, and listening more.
This role will be exciting if you love to learn, are bursting with ideas, and are a self-starter who can take a project from idea to completion. As a small business, we have a rapidly changing work environment with shifting priorities, and no two days are ever the same. We welcome tea
What You'll Be Doing:
- Researching topics our audience wants to hear about and pitching them to editors
- Researching technical content to create outlines and inform writers of ideas for blog posts
- Managing images, written content, and documents
- Setting up web pages for content
- Creating SOPs and templates
Must-Haves:
- Written and verbal communication skills (experience in writing, journalism, training, research, or copywriting)
- Experience managing multiple schedules (including your own); highly proactive and able to take initiative
- Love for learning and professional development
- Superior attention to detail and project management skills
- Typing speed of 80 WPM with an accuracy of at least 95%
Nice to Have's
- marketing, graphic design, and video editing experience

- SEO experience
- experience with the following software: Squarespace, SEMRush, Google Analytics, YouTube Studio
