You:
???? Have 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (Meta & Google are musts)
???? Are based in the Philippines and comfortable working remotely with an international team
???? Have led end-to-end campaigns across multiple platforms and clients
???? Know how to explain ROAS, CTR, and CPM in a way that actually makes people care
???? Can build, implement, and improve internal processes
???? Think critically about creative performance—not just budgets and bids
???? Aren’t afraid to challenge the brief—or fight for a better idea

Bonus points if:
? You've worked in a leadership or systems-focused role before
? You can get creatives excited about performance marketing
? You can turn chaos into clarity, and strategy into systems

? Designing and executing paid media strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn
? Implementing scalable processes and systems for campaign set-up, testing, and optimisation
? Collaborating with creatives to build ideas that work as hard as they look good
? Leading performance reporting—making data meaningful and actionable
? Driving innovation in audience targeting, creative testing, and media planning
? Advising on budget allocations and forecasting with confidence
