Appointment setter

Looking for a virtual assistant to call warm leads and set appointments for my life insurance business. You must have:
- Clear spoken English
- Experience using a short script and qualifying leads
- Reliable internet and quiet working environment
- Experience with free CRM of your choice + outlook calendar
- Call high volume of warm leads

Looking for someone willing to work part time to full time. The more appointments you set, the more hours I will pay. Want to guarantee efficiency before setting full time. Start with 4 hours a day and go up to 6 then 8 hours depending on job results.
