VA- cold caller, appointment setter

We are Radiant Cleaning Oasis, a growing cleaning service in need of a motivated 1099 Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and generate leads through cold calling. Your role will focus on booking residential cleaning jobs and commercial cleaning walkthroughs.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls daily to potential clients (homeowners, businesses)
- Pitch our cleaning services: $60/hour residential (3 hour minimum), commercial walkthrough ($95/hour 3-hour minimum, with a first-time discount $25-$50 off).
- Qualify leads by asking about room counts, needs (e.g., deep clean, oven), and availability.
- Schedule appointments and process deposits
- Maintain a professional, friendly tone and handle objections.

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (clear accent, grammar).
- Experience with cold calling, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required).
- Basic computer skills, fast internet (minimum 10 Mbps), and a reliable phone.
- Ability to work US Eastern Time (e.g., 9 AM - 1 PM EDT).
- Willingness to learn Google Voice and a free CRM (training provided).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to handle rejection.
