Client Success Manager – Remote (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a remote Client Success Manager to lead post-sale client engagement, with a focus on marketing automation, CRM performance (Go High Level), and retention strategy. The ideal candidate will bring structured thinking, technical fluency, and a bias for results.
Role Scope
Manage onboarding workflows for new accounts with speed and clarity
Interpret campaign performance data and develop actionable reports
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (tech, creative, media)
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot GHL-based client systems
Proactively manage client expectations and escalation paths
Support lifecycle management and renewals with strategic insights
Core Requirements
2+ years in client-facing digital marketing roles
Proficiency in Go High Level or comparable CRM/automation tools
Strong data interpretation and reporting abilities (metrics, ROI, lead tracking)
Experience working cross-functionally in remote environments
High-level written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Work Parameters
Full-time, US Pacific Time zone availability
