We're a boutique property?management company that owns and operates a select portfolio of hotels and short?term rentals. Our mission is simple: create exceptional guest experiences while empowering a *small, highly capable* team to do their best work.

## Key Responsibilities

* Own the end?to?end guest experience, from reservation to post?stay follow?up.
* Identify & implement process improvements that raise service quality and profitability.
* Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners.
* Optimize property listings and pricing in coordination with revenue management.
* Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure flawless turnovers.
* Develop documentation & SOPs that make the next person’s job easier.

## You’ll Thrive If You

* Have **1+ year** in Airbnb, hotels, or property?management roles.
* Are a **proactive self?starter** who sets goals and executes without heavy supervision.
* Learn new tools and workflows **independently** and share those learnings with the team.

* Regularly use **AI tools** (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, GPT?powered spreadsheets) to streamline work.
