Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

REMOTE | Real Estate Experience Required | Minimum 2 Years

Work Hours: US Central Time Zone

West City Partners is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with real estate experience to join our team. You will support US-based clients by managing leads, nurturing relationships, and helping drive our growing business forward through excellent follow-up and CRM management.

? Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to qualify, nurture, and follow up with leads during US Central Time business hours
- Engage with past clients, current prospects, and new inquiries to build strong, lasting relationships
- Manage leads and contacts within CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, CINC, BoldTrail, and Lofty: update lead stages, clean contacts, manage tags, and maintain CRM accuracy
- Schedule appointments for Listing Agents and provide daily lead activity reports
- Monitor timelines and follow-up campaigns to ensure no leads slip through the cracks
- Document all client communications with thorough notes and next steps
- Assist with maintaining farming reports, newsletters, and client touchpoints
- Optional: Support marketing by helping create newsletters, templates, and light content using tools like Canva (a plus, not required)
- Collaborate closely with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs

? Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ISA or Virtual Assistant in real estate (required)
- Comfortable and confident making calls daily (including cold and warm leads)
- Proficient with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM tools (e.g., Sync/CINC, BoldTrail, Lofty, Salesmate) at an advanced level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and retain lead notes, track activities, and follow scripts precisely
- Able to multitask and work independently with strong time management skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools such as Zoom, Google Drive, Canva, and various CRM platforms
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency

? Nice to Have (Not Required):
- Experience creating client newsletters or drip email campaigns
- Understanding of real estate sales cycles, buyer/seller needs, and farming strategies
