Product Sourcing Specialist – Private Label & Dropshipping

Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Product Sourcing Specialist to help us identify and partner with reliable manufacturers and dropshipping suppliers for our shower filter e-commerce brand. Your main goal will be to source high-quality, private-labeled products with custom packaging options that align with our brand’s aesthetics and values.

Responsibilities:
• Research and vet suppliers (primarily in Asia or North America) for shower filter and water-related products
• Negotiate pricing, minimum order quantities, shipping terms, and private label options
• Coordinate sample orders and evaluate product quality
• Source custom packaging solutions that reflect premium branding
• Ensure suppliers can offer dropshipping or fast fulfillment options
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance
• Stay on top of market trends and competitive product offerings

Requirements:
• Proven experience in product sourcing, dropshipping, or supply chain management (AliExpress, Alibaba, Faire, etc.)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of private labeling, branding, and custom packaging requirements
• Ability to identify trustworthy, quality-focused manufacturers
• Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred:
• Familiarity with water filtration or wellness-related products
• Existing supplier connections in relevant product categories
• Fluent in Mandarin or experience working with Chinese suppliers (bonus)
