The Analysts performs the back office, data entry and report generation aspects of initial discovery and ongoing client audits with the goal of helping optimize business profitability. The Analysts will perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the inventory control audit process. In this role, the Analysts will manage Counters as they conduct periodic on-site client visits (weekly or bi-weekly) thereby performing the duties and responsibilities associated with inventory control and management and ensure compliance with all SCULPTURE HOSPITALITY ASIA policies and procedures and quality assurance.
The Analysts position is Part Time non-exempt salaried and may lead to Full Time non-exempt salaried. The Analysts will enter the purchase and related data into our system, download purchase order receipts and sales data from the client's POS, check all remote data entry, including counting/weighing, analyze the results, and assist in the preparation of an electronic report which will be sent to the client as a deliverable. The Analyst is expected to maintain management authority and quality control of all Counters' work. The Analysts will report directly to Franchisee Service and Support Director SCULPTURE HOSPITALITY ASIA management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review counters audits for accuracy and timeliness.
• Be available and able to answer all clients questions.
• Enter the control data, purchase orders into our system and download sales data from the client’s POS.
• Compare/analyze resulting inventory data and sales data.
• Produce resulting report and develop electronic report.
• Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures set forth by SCULPTURE HOSPITALITY ASIA, maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism and ethics in all actions as a SCULPTURE HOSPITALITY ASIA employee.
