JOB OVERVIEW

We’re on the lookout for a highly creative, detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator who can transform complex technical topics into engaging and visually appealing content. You’ll play a vital role in shaping our brand across social platforms, working independently while keeping a close eye on strategy, quality, and brand consistency.

This is a long term position for someone with experience in B2B marketing.

Position Details
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Fully remote, with work aligned to Central European Time (CET) or strong overlap with CET hours
- Monthly salary: $800 to $1000 USD based on experience

You are someone who:

Can design compelling visuals using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop

Has experience sourcing, editing, and optimizing royalty-free stock images and videos

Is skilled in editing short videos, reels, and stories with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere

Applies subtitles, music, transitions, and branding in videos

Creates a variety of content formats: carousels, quotes, explainer posts, stories, etc.

Writes brand-aligned, engaging captions with relevant hashtags

Can translate technical product info (like lubricants) into customer-friendly language

Has a strong sense of storytelling and brand tone

Understands the nuances of B2B vs. B2C communication

Is fluent in English and capable of writing native-level content

Works with and maintains a content calendar independently

Schedules posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite

Optimizes timing and format per platform for maximum engagement

Plans ahead proactively (minimum 2 weeks in advance)

Knows how to tailor content to each platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook)

Can use AI tools to translate and adapt content across languages

Helps translate and edit company-wide data into branded, publishable posts
