Project-based Project Manager (Web Design & Development Projects)

We’re looking for a Project-Based Project Manager to help us manage and deliver website design and development projects smoothly—from initial planning all the way to launch. If you’re someone who’s organised, proactive, and great at keeping people and tasks aligned, we’d love to work with you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the full project flow: planning, task assignment, reviews, and launch
• Work closely with our designers, developers, and account managers to make sure everyone’s on the same page
• Use Notion to track timelines, progress, and deliverables
• Communicate regularly with the team on ---------- to keep things moving
• Catch potential delays or blockers early and help resolve them
• Do quality checks before launch (e.g., layout, content, links)
• Coordinate with account managers for client updates and feedback

Tools We Use:

• Notion for project management
• ---------- for daily team comms
• WordPress – not required, but it’s a huge plus if you know how site builds work

Work Hours:

Flexible time between 10 AM – 6 PM PHT

You can structure your day as needed, as long as you stay aligned with the team and keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing digital or web projects (agency experience is a plus)
• Confident communicator who can lead without micro-managing
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Able to manage multiple projects or timelines at once
• Familiarity with design/dev tools like Figma or WordPress

This is a project-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys handling things end-to-end without being tied to rigid hours. I
