Virtual Assistant/All rounder

Are you super organised, creative, and love variety in your work? I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help support my three growing brands:
???? Blue Apparel – a size-inclusive swimwear label
???? Serene Studios Photography – natural, candid wedding & portrait photography
???? KL Beauty / UGC – lifestyle, fashion & beauty content creation

About the role:
This is a dynamic and flexible position, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll be working closely with a young female entrepreneur and no two days will be the same! Tasks will vary across the brands and may include:
Managing email, DMs & customer service
Social media scheduling & content planning
Organising files, assets, calendars & shoot logistics
Assisting with basic website updates (Shopify)
Bookkeeping support and reconciling in Xero

You’ll be perfect for this role if you:
Are organised, proactive, and a bit of a multitasking queen
Love small biz life and want to grow alongside three brands
Have experience with Canva, Google Drive, Instagram, TikTok, email, etc.
Are familiar with Xero (or open to learning)
Have an interest in fashion, photography, or beauty
Are self-motivated and a great communicator
