Klaviyo Email Designer

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Email Designer that will be responsible for designing stunning, eye-catching, and visually appealing emails for an e-commerce beauty brand. You’ll need to have exceptional experience designing with Figma and Klaviyo. You’ll support an internal design team to produce high-quality and high-fidelity deliverables including designs, wireframes, and prototypes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design high-converting emails (for Klaviyo)
Manage the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and deadlines for your website and landing page design projects
Develop wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes that effectively communicate user interactions and product functionality
Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing results, and stakeholder input to continuously improve the user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional tea ---------- mbers and clients to create exceptional designs that drive performance
Present designs to internal stakeholders throughout the design process
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI patterns to ensure consistency across products and platforms

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in email design for e-commerce brands (ideally in beauty/health)
Top-tier expertise in Figma and Klaviyo
Professional fluency in English with top-tier written, reading, and speaking skills
Outstanding project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Permanent access to a computer with reliable and high-speed Internet connection
Ability to work in US Eastern time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
Previous experience working the graveyard shift
