Full-time Graphic Artist (WFH)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced thumbnail designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of YouTube and experience creating strong, click-worthy thumbnails, as well as engaging social media posts.

Responsibilities:
- Create Thumbnails for a number of different niches
- Graphics for Social Media Posts and Paid assets
- Utilise various software programs, such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva, to edit and refine A/B/C thumbnails
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in thumbnail designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a social media designer with a portfolio to match
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for thumbnail design and a desire to continuously improve and learn new techniques
- Self-sufficient and independent worker, able to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion
- WISE account (non-negotiable)
